摘　　要：目的探讨带血管蒂肩胛游离皮瓣修复颅面缺损的效果。方法本组12例外伤后颅面部组织缺损,皮肤及深部组织缺损面积7 cm×8 cm^24 cm×12 cm,采用带血管蒂肩胛游离皮瓣移植修复。同期局部转移皮瓣修复颅面缺损创面10例作为对照组。12例全部成活,成功率100%,与对照组相比有明显的统计学意义(P<0.01)。结果术后随访半年,所有患者功能、形态满意,无皮瓣发生坏死和溃疡。结论肩胛游离皮瓣移植是一种修复严重颅面部组织缺损的较为理想的方法,具有血供可靠、抗感染力强、供区隐蔽等优点。Objective To discuss the effect of pedicled scapular free flaps in repairing the craniofacial defect after trauma.Methods In this group,there were 12 cases with craniofacial defect,the damage size ranged 7cm×8cm-24cm×12cm,pedicled scapular free flaps were grafted.Ten cases with craniofacial defect repaired by local skin flaps transference were taken as the control group.In all 12 cases the pedicled flaps survived,the success ratio was 100%.There was obvious statistical significance compared with the control group（P〈0.01）.Results Patients were followed up for half year with satisfactory function and shape,without skin flap necrosis and ulcer.Conclusion The scapular free flaps graft is an ideal method for repairing the craniofacial defect.It has advantages such as reliable blood supply,strong against infection and hidden supply area.
