摘　　要：目的：评价18F-脱氧葡萄糖（FDG）PET／CT显像在食管癌术前分期中的价值。方法：20例病理学证实的食管癌患者行全身18F-FDG PET／CT显像。男性12例，女性8例，年龄40～75岁之间。PET／CT显像结果与病理组织学及临床随访6个月以上结果相对照。结果：20例患者中17例行手术切除，共切除病灶138处；3例共6处病灶临床随访6个月以上，食管癌术前FDG PET／CT显像的灵敏度为90％，特异性为98％。结论：全身18F-FDG PET／CT显像在食管癌术前分期中有较高的灵敏度及特异性。Objective： To assess the clinical accuracy of whole-body 18F-FDG PET/C T in the preoperative staging of esophageal canccr.Methods：PET/CT scan was performed in twenty patients with biopsy-proven esophageal cancer. There were 12 male and 8 females （ age range 40 - 75）. PET/CT results were compared with the final histopathologieal and clinical follow up of over 6 months. Results：A final diagnosis was obtained at 138 sites in 17 patients by histology and 6 sites in 3 patients by clinical follow up of at least 6 months. FDG PET/CT showed a sensitivity of 90% and a specificity of 98 % in preoperative staging of esophageal cancer . Conclusion： The results of this study confirm that whole-body FDG-PET/CT has highly sensitivity and specificity in the preoperative staging of esophageal cancer.
