摘　　要：目的：分析2005-2007年我院抗糖尿病药的使用情况和变化趋势,以促进临床更合理使用药物。方法：以用药频度（DDDs）和药物利用指数（DUI）作为分析判断药物利用情况指标,并对抗糖尿病药间联合使用情况进行分析。结果：2006年和2007年抗糖尿病药费用增长率为-25.60%和45.86%。主要有13种抗糖尿病药,其中口服剂9种,注射剂4种;除瑞格列奈和格列美脲的DUI略〉1外,其他抗糖尿病药的DUI≤1。结论：我院抗糖尿病药使用基本合理,各种药物的使用有逐年增加的趋势。OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the utilization of hypoglycemic agents in our hospital from 2005 to 2007 and its variation tendency and to promote their rational use. METHODS ： The use of hypoglycemic agents was evaluated taking DDDs and drug utilization index （DUI） as indexes, and the combined use of hypoglycemic agents was analyzed as well. RESULTS： The drug cost of hypoglycemic agents was - 25.60% in 2006 versus 45.86% in 2007.13 chief kinds were involved, of which, 9 were oral preparations, and 4 injections. The DUIs of all kinds were no more than 1 except those of Repaglinide and Glimepiride being slightly more than 1. CONCLUSION ： The utilization of hypoglycemic agents in our hospital is rational on the whole, and the consumption of each kind increased year- on - year.
