摘  要:目的:研究影响烧伤酊提取的主要因素,确定最佳提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验,考察醇浓度、提取时间、药材粒度3个因素对烧伤酊提取的影响,用HPLC法测定烧伤酊中盐酸小檗碱的含量,选用ODS柱,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(50∶50)(每100 mL加十二烷基磺酸钠0.1 g)为流动相,检测波长:265 nm,流速:1 mL.min-1;柱温:25℃。结果:最佳提取工艺为A1B3C3,即65%乙醇浸泡,粒度40目的药材提取144 h和72 h。结论:本实验采用的方法适合于烧伤酊的提取。OBJECTIVE: To explore the factors affecting the extraction of Bum Tincture and to establish the optimal extracting technology of Burn Tincture. MEHOTDS: Orthogonal test was performed to investigate the effects of alcohol concentration, extracting time and particle size on the extraction of the Burn Tincture. The content of berberine hydrochloride in the tincture was determined by HPLC on ODS column with column temperature at 25℃ . The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile - 0.1% phosphoric acid (50:50) (Sodiumdodecylsulphate 0.1 g/100 mL) at a flow rate of 1 mL.min^- 1. The detection wavelength was set at 265 nm. RESULTS: The optimum extraction conditions were A1B3C3, i.e. soaking 40 meshes of drug material in 65% alcohol and extraction for 144 h and 72 h, respectively. CONCLUSION: The method adopted in this experiment is applicable for the extraction of Burn Tincture.
