摘　　要：目的:了解我院门诊处方的质量。方法:随机抽查我院门诊处方49 143张,对其合理性进行分析。结果:不合格处方1 376张,占抽查总处方数的2.80%。结论:我院门诊处方质量基本合格,但仍存在一些问题;应加强处方合理用药审核。OBJECTIVE： To investigate the quality of the outpatient prescriptions in our hospital. METHODS： 49 143 outpatient prescriptions were randomly selected for the analysis of prescription rationality. RESULTS： 1 376 （2.80%） prescriptions were found to be unqualified. CONCLUSIONS： The quality of the outpatient prescriptions in our hospital was qualified on the whole, but there are some problems remained to be tackled. It is necessary to strengthen monitoring on rational use of prescription drugs.
