摘  要:电凝聚是根据电化学原理,以可溶性金属作电极,在电源作用下处理废水的一种水处理技术。电凝聚法具有凝聚、吸附、气浮、氧化还原等作用,可以有效地去除多种污染物。研究电凝聚法处理造纸黑液的各种工艺因素对处理效果的影响,确定最佳工艺条件。结果表明,当电流密度3.2 mA/cm2,NaCl投加量1.4 g,pH=6,极板间距12 mm,通电时间35 min时,该法处理使COD、SS和浊度去除率分别达到60%、73.59%和71.56%。Electro - coagulation is a wastewater treatment technology based on electrochemical principles and it works under the power, using solvable metal as electrode.This process can effectively remove many kinds of pollutants with functions of coagulation, adsorption, flotation, oxidation and reduction, and so on, In this paper this process is used to treat pulp and papennaking wastewater and the optimal resction condifions are found. The results show flint the removal rate of COD, SS and turbidity can reach 60%, 73.59% and 71.56% respectively with conditions as follows, current density 3.2 mA/cm^2, the dosage of NaCl 1.4g, pH = 6, electrode separation 12 mm and reaction time 35 mm.
