摘　　要：介绍了一种确定零齿差内齿轮副变位系数的基本思想及相关步骤。首先利用优化方法确定变位系数初值;然后结合具体加工工艺进行修正;再对修正后结果实施可行性检查;最后利用相关软件绘图检验。整套设计方法已成功运用于科研生产实践。The principal and steps are presented about the determination of the modification coefficients of an involutes zero-tooth-difference internal gear mechanism.First of all,the optimization method is applied to determine the values of the modification coefficients;secondly,they are modified according to the machining operation;and then,the results should be checked with a view to their feasibility;finally,some software is used to verify the correctness.The whole design procedures are already used in practice successfully.
