摘 要:以季戊四醇(B4)、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸(AB2)和对甲苯磺酸通过准一步熔融缩聚反应合成了常温为玻璃态的不同代数脂肪族超支化聚酯。采用13C NMR、FI-IR、GPC、DSC等方法对其结构和性能等进行了表征与分析。结果表明得到了高转化率、相对分子质量分布较窄、支化度较高且Tg在60-80℃的超支化聚酯。以甲基丙烯酸为反应试剂,对超支化聚酯进行部分端基改性,得到了粉末状改性超支化树脂,可以进一步为合成UV涂料主体树脂提供指导。Hyperbranched aliphatic polyesters were synthesized by moltencondensation polymerization from 2,2- bis(hydroxymethyl) propionic acid and pentaerythritol (core molecule) at the presence of p - ISA as catalyst. The synthesis procedure was a pseudo -one- step reaction where stoichiometric amounts corresponding to each generation were added successively. The resulting polymers were glassy, slightly yellow solids at room temperature with hydroxyl groups as terminal groups, whose structure were characterized by 13C NMR, FIIR, GPC and DSC. Results indicate that the polymers show high conversion, narrow molecular weight distribution, higher branching and Tg (60 - 80 ℃ ). One of the polymers was further modified by methacrylic acid to form a powder hyperbranched polymer terminated with methacrylic groups partially, which could be used for in synthesizing resin of UV - curable powder coatings system.
