摘　　要：SiC质耐火材料具有许多优异性能而被广泛用作陶瓷窑具。然而,SiC窑具在高温氧化气氛中易被氧化,从而降低了使用寿命。以A粉为主要原料,高岭土为辅助原料,有机高分子聚合物B为成膜剂,钠盐C为分散剂,纤维素醚D为防沉降剂研制了成本低廉而性能优异的SiC窑具抗氧化涂料。Silicon carbide refractory material has many excellent performances and is widely used as kiln furniture in ceramics industry. However, SiC kiln furniture is easy to be oxidized under high temperature and oxygen, which leads to decrease of its service life. With a powder A as main raw material, kaolin as assistant raw material, polymer B as filmformer, sodium salt C as dispersant, cellulose aether D as deflocculant, the oxidation- resistant coatings with excellent properties and low cost, was developed.
