摘　　要：目的:总结一次性注射器把乳头凸端切断呈桶状对准乳头吸引并用胶布缠绕固定乳头治疗不同程度先天性乳头凹陷畸形的疗效确切性及护理要点。方法:应用负压原理,设计大小不同一次性注射器把乳头凸端切断呈桶状对准乳头吸引并用胶布缠绕固定乳头,以治疗不同直径大小的凹陷畸形乳头,回顾性分析及总结了非手术治疗乳头凹陷218例的护理方法及其效果。结果:1999～2005年应用一次性注射器把乳头凸端切断呈桶状对准乳头吸引并用胶布缠绕固定乳头治疗218例先天性乳头凹陷畸形患者,有效率100%,治愈率达99%。停止治疗后随访3个月～5年,无一复发。结论:运用一次性注射器把乳头凸端切断呈桶状对准乳头吸引并用胶布缠绕固定乳头治疗不同程度先天性乳头凹陷畸形,无需手术即可矫正畸形,恢复正常形态,且无任何副作用。经过长达5年随访,疗效确切,无一复发。Objective To analyze the healing efficacy and the key points for clinical care of treating all types of innate nipple retraction by the method of using disposable syringe to suck in the nipple. The nipple＇s top will be scraped properly to suit the treatment and medical adhesive tape is used for wrapping the nipple during the sucking in process in order to keep the shape. Methods Following the subpressure theory, arrange disposable syringes that meets the size of the nipple which requires the nipple retraction treatment. This paper includes the analysis and summarises the clinical care method and effect over 218 cases of nipple retraction. Results Through year 1999 to 2005, by the above-mentioned method, treatments were carried out over 218 cases of innate nipple retraction. Efficacy rate comes to 100% and the total recovery rate reaches 99%. The follow-up records shows that after the treatment, as within 3 months to 5 years, zero reccurence has been guaranteed. Conclusion Surgical treatment can be avoided by applying the above-mentioned method to treat all types of innate nipple retraction. This method is effective and side effect risk is zero. No recurrence showed in the 5 years random follow-up visit. The healing efficacy is therefore convincing.
