摘　　要：回商是回族在中华民族大家庭中参与和贡献于社会主流经济发展的有生力量,也是回族社会经济发展中最具开拓精神和拼搏创业精神的商贸经济实践群体。本文分析了回商、回商文化的内涵以及回商的历史成因和时代意义。The Hui merchants have, ever since the past, been acting as effective strength in making contribution to the country＇s economic development, and they are also groups with pioneering spirits in pushing up economic development of the Hui ethnic group. For this reason, the paper tries to make analysis to the Hui merchants, the connotation of the Hui＇s culture, the reason for the formation of the Hui merchants as well as their significant role in terms of economic development of the times.
