摘　　要：论述了国内外竟相努力开发的省资源、省能源、性能优良的水性涂料、料未涂料、高固体分涂料等低污染涂料的发展概况。Development and tendency of water-borne coatings,powder coatings and high-solid coatings are discussed.Thesecoatings are being rapidly developed all around the world.They are coatings of low-pollution, low enery - consumption,low resource- consumption and excellent properties.
