N-羟乙基全氟辛酰胺丙烯酸酯共聚物的制备及应用

摘　　要：全氟辛酸经酰氯化反应，再与乙醇胺在３０℃反应３ｈ后得到Ｎ羟乙基全氟辛酰胺，产品以氯仿重结晶，之后以Ｃｕ２Ｃｌ２为催化剂，与丙烯酰氯于６０℃连续反应２４ｈ，得到Ｎ羟乙基全氟辛酰胺丙烯酸酯。再以氟烷基硫酸钠为乳化剂，与其它烯类单体共聚，得到树脂乳液，将其应用于猪绒面服装革的防污，分别测得防水、防油级别为９０和８０。The acylchloridization may be occured between the perfluorooctacid and beneacylchloride to get perfluoroacyl chloride(Ⅰ).Then the N hydroethyl perfluorooctamide(Ⅱ) was prepared through the reaction of I and ethylnolamide at 30℃ with the time of 3h.The product (Ⅱ) was recrystllized and reacted with the acrylchloride in chloroform solution at 60℃ for 24h with the catalyst of Cu 2Cl 2,so the perfluoroalkyl acrylate(Ⅲ) was obtained.At last the resin emulsion may be made by the copolymerization of the product Ⅲ and other vinyl monomers.When applied for the pig garment leather,the copolymer emulsion could be a leather soilproofing agent,its waterproofing and oilproofing grade was mesured to be 90 and 80 respectively.Also the soilproofing mechanism was investigated.
