摘　　要：文章综述了国外燃料电池汽车安全性标准法规中对氢泄漏和氢排放的规定和测试方法,也对我国如何开展这方面的工作提出了建议。The regulation and test methods of hydrogen leakage and emission in the overseas fuel cell vehicle safety standard rule are summarized. And some suggestions are proposed to the development problem in China.
