摘 要:为准确把握黑龙江省目前玉米自交系遗传潜势的现状,为玉米育种工作提供宏观指导,以Griffing双列杂交Ⅱ试验分析黑龙江省玉米自交系各数量性状的基本遗传参数。结果表明,大多数产量性状遗传方差的主要分量是显性方差,加性方差较小,多数品质性状与之相反。所以,对于产量及产量构成性状可以通过直接引入种质及充分利用各种育种技术利用已有材料获得优良杂交组合。对于品质则可将现有自交系合成综合种,再进行群体改良,有利于脂肪及淀粉含量等品质性状获得较快的育种进展。The basic genetic parameters of quantitative character of maize inbred lines in Heilongjiang province were analyzed by Griffing diallel 2 methods for have a good grasp of the status quo of genetic potential for maize inbred lines in Heilongjiang province, and provide macro guidance for maize breeding. The result showed that the dominant component in genetic variances of most yield characters was principal, and additive component was secondary, but most of quality characters was opposite situation. So, the elite hybrid would be obtained by the method of directly introduced the exotic germplasm and utilized existing inbred lines by making full use of various breed- ing technology for yield and yield components character. It was allowed to utilize the lines to construct synthetics, so as to undertake the population improvement on them later, might be easy to obtain breeding progress in the respect of quality characters like oil and starch content.
