摘  要:井下MWD永磁同步发电机的运行特性包括转速特性、输出电压外特性和输出功率特性。应用发电机转矩平衡方程研究了机械转矩和负载对发电机稳定转速的影响;根据发电机电枢反应分析的双反应原理,采用向量法,结合发电机电势方程和内阻数学模型,通过数值分析手段研究了发电机外特性与电枢反应电抗之间的关系;还研究了负载功率因数和电流谐波对发电机输出功率的影响。最后,对中石油钻井工程技术研究院研制的1台井下MWD系统涡轮驱动三相同步交流发电机的运行特性做了实验测量,得到了转速特性和输出功率特性实验曲线。The operating characteristic of the downhole MWD permanent magnet synchronous alternator includes rotary speed characteristic,external voltage characteristic and power output characteristic.The influence of mechanical rotary torque and load on the stable rotary speed of the alternator is studied by means of the rotary torque equilibrium equation.According to the dual reaction principle of armature reaction analysis,the relationship between the external characteristic and the armature reactance is studied through numerical analysis by the vector method in combination with the current potential equation and inner resistance mathematical model.In addition,the influence of load power factor and current harmonic wave on the alternator output power is studied.Finally,the test measurement is carried out regarding the operating characteristic of downhole MWD system turbine-driven three-phase synchronous alternator,and the experimental curves of rotary speed characteristic and output power characteristic are obtained.
