摘 要:以中硬细砂岩为岩石材料,应用动态有限元法对高压水射流PDC钻头参数做了数值模拟研究。得出如下结论:(1)高压射流入射角对不同岩层存在最优值,对于中硬地层细砂岩最优入射角为40°;(2)PDC钻头钻进中钻齿所受扭矩随作用半径增大成指数规律增长,在硬地层钻进钻齿前倾角为-15°时破岩效果最佳;(3)采用直径1.8mm的高压小喷嘴射流能显著改善PDC钻头钻齿受力,避免钻齿冲击破坏,延长钻头寿命;(4)高压水射流与机械齿联合破岩时,喷嘴与钻齿相对位置对破岩效果有显著影响,喷嘴处于钻头外锥时,可均化钻齿受力,提高破岩效率。The numerical simulation study of high pressure water jet PDC bit parameter is carried out by means of dynamic finite-element method with the medium-hard fine sandstone as rock material.It is concluded:(1)The high pressure jet angle has an optimal value for different rock zone,and the optimal angle for medium-hard formation fine sandstone is 40°;(2)The torque of PDC bit teeth during drilling increases with action radius at index law,and the rock-breaking effect is best when the fore-inclining angle of bit teeth is-15°;(3)The force on the PDC bit teeth can be improved greatly with the small high-pressure nozzle jet of 1.8 mm diameter,thus preventing the bit teeth from being ruptured from impact and extending the operating life of the bit;(4)The relative position of nozzle and bit teeth affects the rock-breaking effect greatly when the high pressure water jet is used together with mechanical teeth,and when the nozzle lies on the outer cone of drill bit,the force on the bit teeth can be equalized,thus improving the rock-breaking efficiency.
