摘　　要：锆-钢复合板系采用爆炸复合技术将锆板和钢板复合而成,锆-钢复合板压力容器综合了锆和钢的优点,不仅满足特殊耐腐蚀性能要求,而且制造成本大大降低。在介绍R60700和R60702等锆制板材性能的基础上,着重阐述了锆-钢复合板焊接接头形式、焊接工艺、复合板压力容器焊接试板要求以及容器设备热处理工艺要求,以期为锆-钢复合板的推广应用和锆-钢复合板压力容器制造的国产化进程提供技术参考。The zirconium-steel clad plate is manufactured with zirconium plate and steel plate by means of explosive composite technology.The zirconium-steel clad plate pressure vessel combines the advantages of zirconium and steel,and not only meets the demand of special corrosion resistance performance,but also has very low manufacturing cost.Based on the R60700 and R60702 zirconium plates,the welding connector form,welding technique,welding test plate demand and thermal treatment technique demand of the vessel is discussed in detail for the purpose of providing technical reference for the widespread use of zirconium-steel clad plate and the domestic manufacture of zirconium-steel clad plate pressure vessel.
