摘　　要：为了提高防砂效果,解决过高的生产压差带来的底水锥进以及完井管柱冲蚀破坏等系列问题,研制了精密复合滤砂管,并形成相应的配套防砂工艺技术。该滤砂管主要由中心基管、不锈钢网过滤层、外保护管3部分组成,其防砂能力强,效果好,施工简便,特别适合出砂严重、底水锥进的水平井防砂。改进后的酸洗工艺技术,可有效清洗近井地带的泥饼及其它污染物,改善了井筒附近的油层渗透率。In order to improve sand control effect and solve a series of problems regarding bottom water coning due to ultra-high production pressure difference and well completion string breaking by erosion,the precise composite screen is developed and the related sand control technology is formed.The screen mainly consists of central base tube,stainless steel net filtering layer and external protecting tube.It features strong sand control ability,good effect and convenient operating.It is suitable especially for sand control in horizontal well with severe sand production and bottom water coning.The improved acid-cleaning technology can effectively clean the mud cake and other pollutants near the wellbore,thus improving the formation permeability.
