溶剂对苯丙酮酸钠结晶的影响

摘　　要：实验表明溶剂的互溶性和粘度对苯丙酮酸钠的反应结晶的动力学特性和形貌有明显的影响。使用水溶性较好，粘性较小的溶剂对提高苯丙酮酸钠结晶的品质有利。It was investigated that the watersolubility and viscosity of the solvents have obvious effects on the kinetic and morphological features of crystallization of phenylpyruvic acid sodium salt (PPNa). The solvents with better water solubility and less viscosity are favorable to the purification of PPNa crystals.
