摘  要:目的:探讨在不同免疫状态下,芍芪多苷(SQDG)对小鼠体液免疫的调节作用。方法:采用绵羊红细胞(SRBC)诱导小鼠产生SRBC抗体模型及环磷酰胺(Cy)诱导小鼠免疫增强和抑制模型。小鼠连续灌胃SQDG7d。采用MTT法检测脂多糖(LPS)诱导的小鼠胸腺B淋巴细胞增殖,分光光度法测小鼠血清半数溶血值(HC50)和小鼠脾细胞IgM抗体生成水平。结果:SQDG(120mg·kg-1)灌胃给药7 d能提高正常小鼠的胸腺指数、脾脏指数、血清HC50、脾脏B细胞增殖和脾细胞IgM水平,SQDG(60,120mg·kg-1)对Cy(150mg·kg-1)诱导的免疫低下小鼠的胸腺指数、脾脏指数、血清HC50、脾脏B细胞增殖、脾细胞IgM水平具有明显的恢复作用,SQDG(60,120mg·kg-1)对Cy(250mg·kg-1)诱导的免疫亢进小鼠的胸腺指数、脾脏指数、血清HC50、脾脏B细胞增殖、脾细胞IgM水平均有下调作用。结论:SQDG对小鼠体液免疫反应具有双向调节作用。Objective :To investigate the regulating effects of Shaoqiduogan (SQDG) on the humoral immu- nity in normal, immunodepressed and immunoenhanced mice. Methods: Production of antibody was induced by sheep red blood cell (SRBC), and the antibody production was inhibited and potentiated by cyclophosphamide (Cy). SQDG (30, 60 and 120 mg·kg^-1) were given intragastrically (ig) once daily for 7 consecutive days. LPS-induced proliferation of B thymocytes was measured by MTT assay. The 50% hemolysin value (HC50) was calculated, and formation of IgM antibody in splenic cells was measured with 721 spectrophotometer. Results: In normal immune state, SQDG (120 mg·kg-1 ) increased the indexes of thymus and spleen, HC50 value, IgM level, and LPS-induced B thymocyte proliferation in mice. SQDG (60 and 120 mg·kg^-1) increased and restored all the indexes after Cy (150 mg·kg^-1)-induced immunosuppression, and also reduced and restored all the indexes after Cy (250 mg·kg^-1 ) -induced immunoenhancement. Conclusion: SQDG possesses a dual regulating effect on humoral immunity in mice.
