摘　　要：拓展型药历是我院在临床药学实践中根据肿瘤学科的特点制定的一种用于教学的药历模式。现以晚期乳腺癌为例说明拓展型药历在临床药师培养中的应用。Expanding medicine history is a new mode used for teaching and learning and made according to characteristics of oncology in clinical pharmacy practice in our hospital. In this article, the role of expanding medicine history is demonstrated by a case of advanced breast cancer.
