摘 要:采用常压蒸馏—动态强化微电解—Fenton试剂—中和沉淀工艺处理高浓度增塑剂废水,试验结果表明:经该工艺处理后,原水CODCr由105600mg/L降为44521mg/L,去除率达到57.8%,B/C为0.53,为后续处理创造了良好的条件,该工艺具有可回收有机物、易于工程化等优点。微电解处理过程中产生的Fe2+可作为后续Fenton试剂法的铁源,降低了运行费用。The distillation--dynamic-micro-electrolysis-Fenton-neutralization-sedimentation process has been used for treating plasticizer wastewater with high concentration. The results of the research show that, after the treatment, the CODcr of the original water decreases from 105 600 mg/L to 44 521 mg/L, the removal rate reaches 57.8% and the B/C is 0.53. The changes create good conditions for the following treatment. This method has many advantages, such as reclaiming some organisms and being easy to put into practice. The Fe2+ produced in the process of microelectrolysis treatment could be used as a source of iron for the sequent Fenton process, which decreases the operation cost.
