摘 要:采用电化学-多相催化反应器研究了苯酚的电化学氧化过程。实验考察了不同催化剂存在的条件下,各影响因素包括电解电压、支持电解质浓度、废水的初始pH、不同催化剂载体等条件对其电解效果的影响。实验结果表明,该反应器电解苯酚的最佳操作条件是电压25V、Na2SO4质量浓度1000mg/L、pH2.5。在该条件下,分别采用ZSM-5、CuO/ZSM-5、Fe2O3/ZSM-5作为填料时,其对苯酚的去除率分别为45.2%、60.2%、83.5%,表明催化剂的加入强化了电化学降解苯酚的效果。该工艺用于实际含酚废水处理也取得了较好的处理效果。并根据电解后的产物分析,推测了该工艺降解苯酚的历程。An attempt has been made to remove phenol by electrochemical-heterogeneous catalytic method. The effects of several factors, such as the applied potential, the concentration of supporting electrolyte ,the initial pH and different catalyst on the phenol removal have been examined. Results show that the optimal operation conditions are 25 V of cell voltage, pH 2.5 and Na2SO4 1000 mg/L. Under such conditions, using three different kinds of catalyst, ZSM-5,CuO/ZSM-5 and Fe203/ZSM-5,phenol removal rates are 45.2% ,60.2% and 83.5%, respectively. The adding of catalyst reinforces the effect of phenol degradation electrochemically. In addition, the real industrial phenol-containing wastewater could be treated by the process with pretty good effect. Based on the analysis of the electrolyzed product, the mechanism of phenol degradation is conjectured.
