摘 要:论述了氧腐蚀和氧化还原树脂除氧机理,详细介绍了氧化还原树脂除氧技术的工艺流程、设备配置、操作规程和注意事项及其实际应用。并对采用氧化还原树脂除氧技术除氧进行了经济分析。实践证明氧化还原除氧技术操作简单,常温下能对软化水进行有效的除氧,不消耗动力,不泄压,既节约能源、节约输送动力,又使热回收设备和锅炉避免氧腐蚀,延长使用寿命,提高了锅炉及其他换热设备的热效率,延长了设备运行周期,改善了安全性能,经济效益显著。The mechanism of oxygen corrosion and redox resin deoxidation are discussed. The technology flow, outfitted equipment,and running regulations of redox resin and its application to the deoxidization technology and running status at the factory are introduced in detail. An economic analysis of this technology is made. The practice proves that this technology is easy to be operated. The deoxidation of softened water can be carried out efficiently at normal temperature. It does not consume power and release pressure, therefore it saves energy sources and power. It can also keep the heat recovery equipment and boilers from oxygen corrosion, as a result, prolonging the using period. Its safety and economic benefits have been improved obviously.
