摘 要:目的探讨中国人颅骨三维重建的方法和意义。方法对冰冻颅脑行间隔1mm断层切片,数码摄影,用自制软件对含颅骨的层面行轮廓线的提取,并进行三维重建。结果重建后的颅骨形态结构逼真,可赋予不同的颜色进行单独显示、任意搭配显示和整体显示,还可在三维空间位置上绕任意轴进行任意角度旋转。结论本方法对于在计算机二维平面上进行颅骨的三维重建是可行的,软件运行可靠,重建图象为教学及外科手术提供参考资料。Objective To explore the reconstruction and significance of digitized virtual chinese eranioaural structures. Methods Frozen human brain was cut into 190 sections with 1-millimeter-thick for each section and took photographs with digital camera.Then we drew the border line in layers that contained the crznium with self-made software and did three-dimensional reconstruction. Results The three-dimensional complex structures of the human cranium were displayed vividly on computer screen. All the reconstructed structures could be assigned with different colouration for sololy- displayed ,arbitrarily matched-displayed and jointly-displayed, in addition they could be rotated around any spatial axis. Conclusion It is feasible to engage the three-dimensional reconstruction of the chinese cranium on computer and will provid the reference for the anatomy teaching and the operation of the diseases.
