Studies on Physiological Mechanism of Rice Seedling Raised on Non-plate Upland by Using Seed-coating Seedling-scattering Preparation

摘  要:研究了无盘旱育秧苗与塑盘旱育秧苗、常规旱育秧苗生理机能的差异。结果表明:无盘抛秧剂包衣稻种具有吸水速度快、吸水量大的特点,并起到蓄水保水作用;无盘旱育秧苗的叶片叶绿素含量、光合速率、植株伤流量、植株相对含水率、植株可溶性糖及含氮量、植株根和叶SOD活性等生理指标,均优于塑盘旱育秧苗和常规旱育秧苗;无盘旱育秧苗素质明显提高,抛栽后发根早、发根多、立苗速度快。The physiological indices were compared among rice seedlings raised on non - plate upland by using seed - coating seedling- scattering preparation (SRNPU), seedlings raised on plastic plate upland (SRPPU) and seedlings raised conventionally on upland (CK). The results showed that the coated - seeds for SRNPU could absorb water more quickly and largely, and they could also retain and keep water. Several physiological indices of SRNPU, such as chlorophyll content, photosynthesis rate, bleeding sap amount, relative water content, soluble sugar, activity of SOD in root and leaf, and N content were better than those of SRPPU and CK. Furthermore, the quality of SRNPU was improved obviously: the new roots emerged more and earlier, and the speed of seedling- standing was quicker after seedling - scattering transplanting.
