摘 要:研究了不同因素对番木瓜芽诱导的影响。结果表明:应在春、秋两季晴朗的午后,选取健壮、优良两性株的萌芽条顶芽及以下1-5个芽位作为外植体;外植体先用300 mg/L的利福平预处理1.0 h,再进行常规消毒,然后接种于MS+BA0.4 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L+GA31.0 mg/L+蔗糖4%的培养基中,在2000 lx的光强下培养20 d后,可获得40%左右的芽诱导率。The influences of different factors on bud induction of papaya were studied in this test. The result showed that healthy and strong terminal bud and buds on 1 - 5 bud - nodes below terminal bud from good amphoteric plants should be selected in fine and cloudless afternoon of spring and autumn as explants; the explants were disinfected with 300 mg/L Rifampicin for 1.0 h first, then were normally disinfected, finally were cultured on MS + BA 0.4 mg/L + NAA 0.1 mg/L + GA3 1.0 mg/L + sugar 4% medium in 2000 lx light intensity, under the above conditions, the bud induction rate could reach to about 40% after 20 days' cultivation.
