摘  要:用菜豆为试材,初步研究了菜豆种子萌发阶段多胺氧化酶活性与多胺含量的变化,结果表明,菜豆PAO的分布有很强的组织特异性,主要集中在萌发种子和初生幼苗的胚芽(或含顶芽的初生叶)和子叶,而在胚根、上胚轴及下胚轴中则一直检测不到PAO活性;吸胀而未萌发的菜豆种子检测不到PAO活性,待萌发起始后PAO活性便迅速上升,在吸胀后第3 d到达峰值后便逐渐下降;菜豆萌发前期种子的胚芽PAs含量及PAO活性的变化之间存在较为明显的消长关系;菜豆吸胀后第5d子叶的PAO活性达到峰值并且明显高于胚芽的PAO活性,之后则逐渐下降。另外,子叶的PAs含量在吸胀后1-5 d内都远远低于胚芽的相应含量。The changes of polyamine oxidase activity and polyamines content during seed germination and the early growth of seedling of kidney bean were studied. The results showed that the PAO activity mainly distributed in the pangen, cotyledon and acrospire (containing phyllogen), while it was not found in radicle, epicotyl and hypoderm during seed germination and the early growth of seedling of kidney bean. No PAO activity could be detected in ungerminated kidney seeds after soaking, then the PAO activity in pangen increased quickly and reached to the peak on the third day after germination, and declined soon afterwards. In the early period of seed germination, the changes of PAO activity and the content of PAs( Put, Spd and Spin)in pangen were significantly correlated. The peak of PAO activity in cotyledon occurred on the fifth day after imbition, which was obviously higher than that in pangen, and dedined slowly. Additionally, it was found that the content of PAs in cotyledon was remarkably lower than that in pangen.
