摘　　要：西安近代工业建筑的研究目前在学术界尚属空白。通过对与西安近代工业建筑相关的史志、文献的收集、分析以及对现存典型实例的实地考察、调研,对西安近代工业建筑的发展阶段进行了划分;对作为内陆城市的西安近代工业建筑的发展特征进行总结;并就其存在的价值意义进行初步探讨。希望能够对西安近代工业建筑,乃至西安近代建筑领域的研究有一定的推动作用。The study on Xi＇ an modem industrial architecture is still a blank in academic circle. On the basis of an extensive collection and analysis of the related data and field work of the typical Xi＇ an modem industrial architectures, it is given its stage of development, then summarized the characteristics of modern industrial architectures in Xi＇an-an inland city in China. It is finally probed it＇ s value, hoping to push forward the work on the study on modem industrial architectures, even modem architectures in Xi＇an.
