摘  要:准确识别雷电冲击发生在输电线路上的位置和频次,对线路防雷保护具有重要的意义。在现有行波测距装置的基础上,提出线路受雷击和出现短路故障的识别新方法。对非故障性雷击、故障性雷击以及短路故障进行了仿真,发现了不同故障类型下暂态电流在各频段能量分布存的差异和行波的折反射规律,在此基础上提出了线路雷击与短路故障识别算法。用通用的电磁暂态仿真程序EMTDC进行的仿真证明了该放法的正确性。To identify the locations and times of lightning strike on transmission line is very important for the protection against lightning. Based on the existing traveling- wave fault locating device, a new identification method to detect the lightning strike on transmission line is put forward. The current signals caused by lightning strike without any fault or with fault and by common short- circuit fault are analyzed, and the characteristics are obtained: firstly, energy distributions of all frequency bands are different in the three transient processes; secondly, there is no reflection and refraction on the point of lightning strike that doesn't cause any fault. An algorithm to identify the lightning strike and the short- circuit faults is presented based on wavelet packet energy - spectrum and the transient traveling wave characteristics. EMTDC simulation results show that this method is fight and feasible.
