卵巢过度刺激综合征的超声诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨超声检查对卵巢过度刺激综合征的诊断价值。方法:动态监测卵巢过度刺激综合征的声像图改变。结果:10例患者卵巢体积增大呈均势性,卵泡数目增多呈均势性增长,其中,8例伴腹腔积液,2例腹腔积液伴胸腔积液。10例中6例未受孕,4例受孕,2例单胎,2例双胎,其中1例双胎胎停育。结论:超声检查对卵巢过度刺激综合征的预防、诊断、治疗具有重要的临床价值,是首选的方法。Objective：To study the ultrasonic diagnostic value of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome （OHSS）.Methods：The changes of acoustic image for OHSS had been monitored dynamically.Results：Of 10 cases patients, whose ovary dimensions had uniformly enlarged and numbers of follicle had homogeneously grown, 8 cases complicated with ascites and 2 cases had ascites combining with hydrothorax.Among 10 cases patients, 6 cases were not pregnant and 4 cases pregnant, including 2 cases of monocyesis and 2 cases of twin pregnancy （one ease of twin fetus had stopped growing）. Conclusions：Uhrasonic check is clinically significant for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of OHSS, which is a first choice method.
