摘　　要：目的:建立四物胶囊中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。以Kromasail C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)为色谱柱,甲醇-异丙醇-醋酸-水系统(25∶2∶2∶71)为流动相,检测波长为230nm,流速为1.0ml/min,柱温35℃。结果:芍药苷在0.288～2.880mg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999(n=5);平均加样回收率为98.32%(n=9),RSD=0.96%。结论:本法简便、快捷、准确,可用于四物胶囊中芍药苷的含量测定。Objective：To establish a HPLC method for the content determination of paeoniflorin in Siwu Capsules.Methods：The Kromasail C18 column （4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm） was used;the methanol-dimethylcarbinol-acetic acid-water （25：2： 2：71） as mobile phase ,the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,the detection wavelength was at 230 nm.Results：The liner range was 0.288-2.880 mg/ml, r=0.999 9（n=5）,the average recovery was 98.32% （n=9）,RSD=O.96%.Conclusion：This method for the content determination of paeoniflorin in Siwu Capsules is accurate and quick with good reproducibility.
