舒芬太尼异丙酚复合麻醉在宫腔镜手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的:评价舒芬太尼复合异丙酚用于宫腔镜手术的效果与安全性。方法:选择行宫腔镜手术的患者80例,随机分为两组,舒芬太尼异丙酚静脉麻醉组(S组)和芬太尼异丙酚静脉麻醉组(F组),每组40例。分别观察两组患者生命体征变化、出现体动甚至躁动的情况、苏醒时间、呼吸抑制、恶心呕吐等不良反应。结果:两组均可致血压、心率、脉搏氧饱和度下降(P<0.05),S组的影响较F组小(P<0.05);S组疼痛视觉模拟评分较低(P<0.05),苏醒较快(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生相同。结论:舒芬太尼异丙酚复合麻醉用于宫腔镜手术,对生命体征影响较小,镇痛效果好,清醒较快。Objective：To evaluate the effects and safety of sufentanil combined with propofol in hysteroscopic surgical ：Eighty ASA Ⅰ - Ⅱ patients who underwent hysteroscopic surgery were randomly divided into two groups with 40 patients in each group. The patients in group F were given prepofol and fentanil, and the patients in group S were given prepofol and sufentanil.Changes of vital sign and prepofol doses,post-operation revival time, recovery time of orientation, sedation scores, visual analog scale（VAS） and side effects were observed. Results：Post-operation heart rate, blood pressure and oxygen saturation lowered in two groups（P〈0.05）,and S group was less effected than F group（P〈0.05）. S group was better than F group in post-operation revival time and VAS（P〈0.05）, untoward reaction were similar in two groups.Condusion： Sufentanil with prepofol is suitable for hysteroscopic surgical anaesthesia.
