摘 要:研究了丙烯腈/醋酸乙烯酯混合物的室温引发、自加热快速共聚合的方法,探讨了氧化还原引发体系的各种变量,包括氧化剂对还原剂的质量比、不同还原剂的质量比、引发剂用量等对30min转化率和产物相对分子质量等的影响。An emulsion polymerization method initiated at room temperature proposed in a previous paper was applied to study of the copolymerization of acrylonitrile/vinyl acetate systems. The effects of the mass ratios of acrylonitrile/vinyl acetate monomers,of different reductants and the mass ratio of oxidant to reductants,as well as the amount of initiators on the 30min conversion and on the molecular weight of the products were investigated. The copolymerization performed on high monomer conversion within 30min for systems with the mass ratio of acrylonitrile/vinyl acetate higher than 7/3,but not for those which is relationly lower for lower ratio of acrylonitrile/vinyl acetate.
