摘　　要：提出了基于超声波珩齿振动系统的谐振频率与振动能量测试方法。主要根据共振原理,借助超声振幅测试系统,测出超声振动的谐振频率,并通过数据处理,进而测试出超声振动的能量。This paper introduces the measurement of resonance firequency and vibration energy on ultrasonic gear-honing.According to the character that the amplitude is maximal when the vibration system is in resonance,and by means of the amplitude measurement system of ultrasonic vlbration,its resonance frequency is obtained.And then using data processing,energy of ultrasonic vibration is obtained.
