摘  要:采用批次培养的方法,研究了体外条件下日粮添加沙葱水溶性提取物(AWE)对绵羊瘤胃发酵功能的影响及适宜添加量的筛选。AWE在每2g培养底物中的添加水平为0mg,0.67mg,0.75mg,0.83mg,0.91mg,0.99mg,1.07mg,1.15mg以及1.23mg。结果表明日粮添加AWE可以提高培养液中的挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)含量;可以提高培养液中的菌体蛋白(BCP)含量,并以0.75mg的添加量效果最佳(P<0.05);添加AWE可提高NDF降解率,添加量在0.67mg时,可以显著(p<0.01)提高培养液中的NDF降解率;对培养液中的产气量和NH3-N浓度无显著影响。根据各项测定结果综合分析,适宜的AWE添加范围为:402mg/kg~498mg/kg日粮。This study was conducted to investigate the effect of dietary addition of water soluble extract of Allium Mongolicum Regel (AWE) on rumen fermentation of sheep in vitro by batch culture procedure and to determine the optimum supplement level for the sheep. The testing addition levels of AWE per 2 gram substrate were set at 0 ( control group), 0.67, 0.75, O. 83, 0.91, 0.99, 1. 07, 1.15 and 1.23 mg respectively. The result showed that the higher VFA concentration, the more BCP production were detected in the fermentation solution. A highest BCP production can be expected when the supplementation level was 0.75mg ( at the significant level ofp 〈0.05). The added addition can also cause an increase in NDF degradability. When the addition level was 0.76 mg, a significant increase in NDF degradability can be resulted (p 〈 0.01 ). No significant effect was found on NH3 - N concentration and gas production in incubation fluids by the addition of AWE. In summery, it was found in the in - vitro trial that the expected optimum addition levels were in the range of 402 - 498 mg/kg diet.
