RP-HPLC法同时测定复方特比萘芬软膏中盐酸特比萘芬、醋酸洗必泰和醋酸去炎舒松的方法研究

摘　　要：采用反相高效液相色谱法同时测定复方特比萘芬软膏中盐酸特比萘芬、醋酸洗必泰和醋酸去炎舒松，用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱（ＫｒｏｍａｓｉｌＣ１８），以０．３％庚烷磺酸钠的甲醇液—水（７３２７），用冰醋酸调节ｐＨ值３．２为流动相，检测波长２４８ｎｍ，该方法回收率高，３种成分的分离度好，采用外标法，快速、方便，适用于该复方制剂中３种成分的同时测定．A HPLC method was developed for the determination of the three constituents in compound ointment:terbinafine hydrochloride,chlorhexidine acetate and triamcinolone acetonide acetate.Kromasil C 18 5μm column was used.The mobile phase of 0 3% sodium heptanesulphonate in methanol-distilled water(73∶27)was adjusted to pH3 2 with glacial acetic acid.The UV detection wavelength was 248nm.The method is simple,sensitive and specific,three constituents have good resolution and high recovery.This method is suitable for the determination of the three constituents in compound ointment.
