摘  要:在pH6.5的HAC-NaAc缓冲溶液中,铝能分别与依诺沙星(ENX)和环丙沙星(CPLX)形成络合物,其λmax分别为267nm和276nm,两者紫外吸收光谱严重重叠;本文用偏最小二乘法辅助紫外分光光度法法不经分离,同时测定了模拟样中依诺沙星和环丙沙星,ENX和CPLX的平均回收率分别达98.5%和99.9%,相对标准偏差RSD分别为2.5%和3.5%。The presenting Al^3+ can form complex with either enoxacin or ciprofloxacin in the HAc - NaAc buffer slution of pH 6.5, and two seriously overlapped absorption peaks are detectable at the maximal wavelength of 267 nm and 276 nm. The molar absorptivities are 5.6 × 10^3 L · mol^-1·cm^-1,5.8 × 10^3 L · mol^-1·cm^-1 respectively. A simulated system of simultaneous determination of enoxacin and ciprofloxacin by ultraviolet spectrophotometry based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) method was developed in this paper. It provides a sensitive, rapid, simple and accurate measurement of simultaneous determination of enoxacin and ciprofloxacin.
