摘  要:绵羊红细胞受不同剂量超声辐照,根据剂量一效应曲线求出不致细胞急性损伤之超卢剂量.观察受此种剂量辐照之红细胞与对照组红细胞渗透脆性实验差异。结果发现:25.6W/cm2×1I2和32·4W/cm2×5s为不致红细胞破坏之最大剂量,经此二种刺量处理之红细胞渗透脆性增加(P/0.01),25.6W/cm2×10s组细胞膜脆件增加大于32.4W/cm2×5s组(P<O.005)。提示亚致死置超卢辐照可致细胞膜通透性增加。Sheep red blood cells were irradiated by ultrasound with dosage series. cell vitality measured and the dosages that didn' t lead to acute cell damage were tetermined. The membrane permeability reflected by osmotic fragility was tested. The results were: (1) 25. 6W/cm2 × 10s and 32. 4W/cm2 × 5s didn' t lead cell killing immediately, (2) the membrane fragility increared in cells irradiated by 25. 6W/cm2 × 10s or 32. 4W/cm2 × 5s, as compared with the control (P<0. 01 ), (3) the fragility of membrane increased more in group of 25. 6W/cm2 × 10s than in group of 32. 4W/cm2 × 5s (P<0. 005), These indicated that sublethal ultrasound dosage could promote membrane permeability.
