摘  要:设计出了新型高效数控切边机,既提高了工作效率,又满足大批量生产的要求。在结构上采用了双工位形式,相对节省了工件的装卸时间。采用步进电机驱动工作台作圆周运动和主轴作直线运动,合成加工的平面进给运动;利用通用的三轴数控系统控制2个工位的铣削加工,降低了制造成本。设计了专用编程软件以生成走刀路径,用直线路径替代曲线加工路径,提高了插补速度,并且能够由所选数控系统自动生成加工程序。实际使用表明:切边机工作可靠,操作方便,较大地提高了工作效率。A new type of high efficient NC cutting edge machine was developed. It improves the working efficincy and satisfies the large scale production requirement. Dual- workstation structure was adopted to save load and unload time. The step motors were used to drive spindle and workstation moving. The line moving of the spindle and the circle motion of the workstation formed the horizontal feed motion. A tri - axis NC system was utilized to control the cutting of the two workstations and spindle, thus reduced the production cost. A set of self - developed control software was used to produce cutting tool path. The system substituted the curve paths with the line segments, and improved the interpolation speed. And it can automatically produce machining programs. It shows that the cutting edge machine is reliable, simple operation and the working efficient has been greatly increased.
