原料皮品种对成革物理机械性能影响的研究

摘  要:为了研究原料皮的品种对皮革物理和机械性能的影响,本试验测试了绵羊革和山羊革的各有关物理和机械性能指标。结果表明:绵羊革样品块垂直于皮革背脊线的收缩温度显著高于(P=0.05)山羊革,而绵羊革与山羊革样品块平行于背脊线的收缩温度之间差异不显著(P>0.05);山羊革撕裂力、撕裂强度和抗张强度均极显著地(P<0.01)大于绵羊革,但绵羊革的规定负荷(5N/mm)伸长率、断裂伸长率和pH值均极显著地(P<0.01)大于山羊革。因此,原料皮品种对皮革的撕裂力、撕裂强度和抗张强度及其伸长率有很大影响。The physical and mechanical performances of sheep and goat leather were determined. It shows that the shrinkage temperature of sheepskin leather sample perpendicularity to the back line of the animal body is significantly higher ( P = 0, 05 ) than that of the goatskin leather. While the shrinkage temperatures of both the sheepskin and goatskin leather sample parallel to the back line of the animal body are almost the same (P 〉 0.05). The tearing power, tearing strength and tensile strength of the goatskin leather are significantly higher than that of the sheepskin leather (P 〈 0.01 ), and the elongation at break and elongation at set strength values(5N/mm) of the sheepskin leather are significantly higher than that of the goatskin leather (P 〈 0. 01 ). Therefore the kinds of the raw material influence on the tearing power, tearing strength and tensile strength of leather.
