椎动脉血流代偿性的量化

摘　　要：为了深入探讨椎动脉血流代偿指数（CI）的临床意义。我们按“CI=（Pn－Pa）／式，求算推动脉CDFI参数CI值，分析80例推动脉供血不足患者CI的分布表现。结果，血量参数CI＞0，阻尼参数RI／0，血管狭窄组与非狭窄组CI值差异显著，老年组和青年组表现不一。结论，以CI值衡量椎动脉血流代偿机能变化，灵敏可靠，作为超声诊断参考条件，有独特价值。To disclose the clinical significance of compensative index (CI) of bilateral vertebral artery (BVA) flow 'CI=(Pn-Pa )/Pa (P: parameter, n: normal side VA, a: abnormal side VA) was set to get the CIs from 80 patients with VA insufficiency diagnosed on the basis of their CDFI parameters. Results showed CIVm, CID, CIA, CIQ,CIVs, CIVd were positive, CIPI .CIRI were negative, there was significant discrepancy between CIs among the vaso-stenosis group and the nonvaso-stenosis group. But it showed some differences between the young and the elderly. The CI could reflect the exact changes of the compensation of BVA flow. It played an important role to help the diagnosis.
