摘  要:应用蛋白银染色技术研究了悬游双眉虫青岛种群无性生殖期间皮层结构和核器的演化过程,其主要特征为:后仔虫口原基独立地出现于紧靠虫体左侧第一根横棘毛的皮层下小龛,其中毛基粒不参与其它棘毛原基的形成;老的口围带发生后半部的局部重建而非整个的由前仔虫简单继承;在前仔虫中,波动膜原基来自老结构的反分化,而在后仔虫中则来自口原基;所有棘毛原基均为独立发生并与老结构没有任何关系;在前仔虫中,口棘毛(即左侧第一根额棘毛)来自于波动膜的反分化,而在后仔虫中则为独立发生;背触毛列于老的结构当中产生,并由最右一列原基演化出3根尾棘毛;两大核片段的改组带从一端向另一端移动,并随着两者的融合而消失。文中同时对前人有关该属发生模式的若干存疑问题做了探讨。Morphogenetie events during cell division of the marine euplotids Diophrys appendiculata (Ehrenberg, 1838 ), collected from the coastal area of Qingdao in 2006, were investigated by light microscopy on protargol-impregnated specimens. The morphogenesis of both the ventral and dorsal infraeiliature proceeds in a very similar way to that in D. scutum, D. oligothrix and D .japonicus. The opisthe's oral primordium (OP), which develops in a subsurface pouch, forms de novo proximate to the leftmost parental transverse cirrus, and basal bodies formed in the OP field do not contribute to any other eirral anlagen. Nearly half of the parental adoral membranelles at proximal end appears to be reorganized during the later morphogenetie process while other old membranelles are inherited by the proter. Both the endoral and paroral membranes (UM) develop from an "extra" anlage derived from the re-differentiation of the parental UM in the proter while from the oral primordium in the opisthe. All eirral anlagen are formed de novo and do not develop in association with any parental structures. The leftmost frontal cirrus is derived from the UM- anlagen in the proter, whereas in the opisthe, it is also formed de novo, which has no connection with the UM-anlagen. Dorsal kinetics develop within the old structures and three caudal cirri come from the posterior part of the rightmost anlage for dorsal kinety. The replication bands in both maeronuelear nodules move from one end to the other, and disappear as the two nodules fuse. This investigation documents at least two minor ontogenetie differences among congeners. The first one is the initial position of the oral primordium, which appears distinctly anterior to the transverse cirri and between the marginal cirri in D. oligothrix, while in D. appendiculata and other congeners, it is very close to the leftmost transverse cirrus.
