摘　　要：目的:为了观察新生儿与小婴儿巨结肠平滑肌病理改变,方法:对15例新生儿和小婴儿巨结肠手术标本进行病理组织学与抗肌动蛋白免疫组化观察。结果:见平滑肌层网状纤维密度增加、PAS 环变形、平滑肌嗜酸性变、肌动蛋白减少或消失等变化由近至远段依次加重、与神经节细胞分布有关。结论:本病肌层病变具有一定特征,对临床有实用价值。Objective:To observe the pathological changes in myenteron of the colon in neonates and infants with Hirschsprung's disease(HD).Methods:The changes of muscular layer in histology and actin immuno-histochemistry were studied in 15 specimens of affected colon ob- tained during operation.Results:The density of reticular fibers in smooth muscle increased,PAS cycles deformed,the smooth muscles showed acidophilic degeneration and actin decreased or disap- peared.All of these changed progressively from the proximal to the distal,and correlated with the distribution of ganglion cells.Conclusion:These characteristic pathological changes in the muscu- lar layer in neonates and infants with HD may be of practical value.
