肌滑移术治疗小儿前臂缺血性肌挛缩

摘　　要：目的:介绍一种治疗小儿前臂缺血性肌挛缩所致手部功能丧失的手术方法及要点。方法:采用屈肌滑移术,将旋前圆肌、屈腕肌与屈指浅、深肌从起始部于骨膜外剥离松解,使肌肉向远端滑移,直至手部畸形消失。结果:本组27例中,优18例,良8例,差1例,此例再次行滑移术,取得成功,平均随访11年4个月,疗效满意,无畸形复发。结论:此术式操作简便,不需要特殊设备,疗效肯定,易于推广。Objective:To introduce a new operative procedure in the treatment of hand disabil- ity caused by Volkmann's contracture.Methods:The origins of pronator teres,flexor carpi,flex- or digitorum superficialis and profundus were mobilized and slided distally until the deformity of hand was corrected.Results:Among 27 cases,18 were excellent(66.7%),8 were good (29.6%),and one with a second muscle sliding got satisfactory outcome.The average follow-up time was 11 years and 4 months.Conclusions:This operation requires no special instruments.It is simple,satisfactory and easy to popularize.
