摘  要:利用自制的一炉双流连续定向凝固设备,以纯铝为原料,进行了工艺研究。考察了各工艺参数对一炉双流连续定向凝固过程稳定性的影响。结果表明,结晶器出口温度、结晶器形状与位置、拉坯速度、冷却能力、熔体温度等因素对凝固过程的稳定性有着显著影响,并通过影响固液界面位置及铸锭的表面质量来实现。Using pure AI as raw material, the technology was studied through the self-made equipment of two-fiow continuous unidirectional solidification in single furnace. And the effects of various technological parameters on process stability of two-fiow continuous unidirectional solidification was investigated. The results show that the technological parameters such as mold outlet temperature, shape and position of mold, drawing speed, cooling capacity, melt temperature have a remarkable effect on the solidification process stability, which is realized by affecting the solid-liquid interface and surface quality of ingot.
