摘　　要：论述了辊锻的基本原理、工艺特点、研究现状和辊锻目前的发展情况,并通过一个连杆的例子讨论了辊锻模具设计和有限元模拟过程,提出了辊锻模具设计和模拟应该注意的事项和要点。The basic principal, process characteristic, current researching and developing situation for roll forging was introduced. The main points and issues in designing and simulating was put forward. The process of the designing and finite element simulation for roll forging dies was discussed taking con-rod as an example.
