活动平板运动试验中89例阳性病例分析

摘　　要：目的：通过对活动平板运动试验（ＴＥＴ）多项指标的分析，旨在评价ＴＥＴ在冠心病诊断中的意义。方法：对２４５例患者按Ｂｒｏｃｅ方案进行了ＴＥＴ检查。把８９例阳性患者分为疼痛组（Ａ组）和无症状组（Ｂ组），两组进行比较，并与试验阴性组（Ｃ组）比较。结果：Ａ组运动时间和最大心率均小于Ｂ组和Ｃ组（Ｐ＜０．０５－０．０ｌ），运动血压Ｃ组＞Ａ组（Ｐ＜０．０ｌ），ＳＴ段下移深度Ａ组＞Ｂ组（Ｐ＜０．０ｌ），但ＳＴ段下移级别Ａ组明显早于Ｂ组（Ｐ＜０．０５），提示Ａ组冠脉病变的程度可能较明显。结论：ＴＥＴ多项指标判断冠心病的准确性明显提高。Objective:To evaluate the sigifificance of treadmill exercise test t(TET)in diagnosis for coronary artery disease(CAD),the multivariate index during TET were analysed,Methods:TET in 245 Cases were Performed according to Broce program 89 peitive cases were divided into angina group(group A)and non-angina group(group B),it,was compared between A and B.The normal group(group C)in TET was compared too with A and B,Results'The exercise time and maximum heart rate of group Awere lower than that group B and C(P＞0.05- -0.01),exercise blood pressure of group C was higher than that group A(P＜0．01),but the degree of depth of ST segment depression of group A was mor than group B(P＜0．0l) and the gude of ST segment depression of group A was earlier than that group B(P＜0．05),Thus itprompt the extnt of coronary arterial pathological changes in group A was may more obviouse,Conclusions:The accerasy of judgment for CAD by multivariate indes of TET was obviously higher.
