摘  要:盐碱地作为一个独特的生态系统,具有特殊的土壤理化特性及土壤微生物群落。通过研究松嫩平原盐碱化草原土壤的电导率、离子组成、TOC及土壤微生物的分布规律,分析了盐碱化草原的土壤因子及变化规律,并对该地区的盐碱化土壤的分类进行了深入分析。结果表明,3种类型土壤的理化特征和微生物构成各有其特点,轻度盐碱土为非碱性钠质土,中度和重度盐碱土属于碱性钠质土;土壤的盐碱化过程与土壤理化性质和微生物群落的变化有关,随着土壤盐碱化程度的增加,细菌、真菌、放线菌和藻类数量逐渐降低,微生物数量差异达到显著或极显著的水平。松嫩平原草地是个脆弱的生态系统,必须加强对它的保护和管理。Being a kind of particular ecosystem,the saline-alkaline land possess unique soil physicochemical properties and microbial communities. The conductivity,iron composition,value of TOC and microbial structure were analyzed. Different soil factors and the variation regulation of saline soil was reviewed. Classification of saline soils was analysised in this area. The results showed that, different physic-chemical characteristics and microbe structure in three types of soil, light saline soll belongs to non-alkallnity sodium soil, middling saline soil and heavy saline soil belong to alkalinity sodium soil. Soil salinization related to soil physicochemical properties and microbial communities. The soil saline alkaline degree became heavier amount of bacterium, fungi,actinomycetes and algae gradually decreased. The difference of microbial quantity reaches extremely significant level or significant level. It can be concluded that Songnen Plain is a kind of fragility ecosystem and eco-protection and management is necessary.
